Repair Terms

All repair work is quoted in advance. Final price is confirmed after on-site inspection. Customer authorization is required before any chargeable work begins.

Warranty

We provide a 3-month workmanship warranty and up to 12 months on spare parts. Warranty excludes physical damage, misuse and natural wear.

Payments

Payment is due on completion of work. We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer and card. Bulk and AMC contracts may require advance payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel free of charge up to 1 hour before scheduled visit. Late cancellations may incur a visit charge.

Liability

MKN's liability is limited to the value of the repair or product sold. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
