Advance Payment Policy
Bulk orders and AMC contracts may require 30% advance. Advance is adjusted against the final invoice.
Cancellation
Service appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 1 hour before scheduled time. Late cancellations may incur a ₹200 visit charge.
Spare Parts
Spare parts once installed cannot be returned. Unused, unopened parts may be returned within 7 days with original invoice.
Repair Warranty
3-month workmanship warranty and up to 12-month warranty on spare parts. Defective parts will be replaced free of charge during warranty.
Refund Eligibility
If a repair is incomplete or fails within 7 days, we will re-perform the work free of charge or refund the labour portion. New product refunds available within 7 days of delivery if unused and undamaged.
